Return Policy:

Should you be dissatisfied with you humidor, within 30 days of placing your order, please complete the contact form and in the body of your email, please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions. Once the product has been received, we will issue a refund for the price paid for the product to your original payment method. 

 FAQ:

How many cigars can one of your humidors hold?

• You can fit 40-50 cigars in one Full Metal Humidor. 

Do your humidors come seasoned?

• Yes, every Full Metal Humidor is seasoned prior to being shipped. With that being said, we do recommend adding your own humidifying source, such as a Boveda patch, and monitoring the humidity levels with a hygrometer. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

• We strive to keep our "in stock" status up to date in real time. This ensures that if you placed your order while we were stocked up, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will vary based on location/shipping service.
